Default Malware?
I'm not sure if it's important, but I've twice had this pop up while browsing the site.

I don't, but even if I had I wouldn't know what this is. I find it weird it pops up when simply browsing the site.

I currently have Windows Security and MS Defender but I haven't encountered any alerts while accessing the site. I've heard about the malware issues with The Sims 4 recently; it was discussed on Reddit, although I'm not sure if it's connected to this situation.

It could be ads related. I'll send it on to the ad provider and see if I can block that provider.
