Default Searching for old downloads
I have seen how the CC on the page is being deleted from the search, as time goes by. But having the link off the post, you can still access to the download, even if it can no longer be searched on the page.

I have no clue what you are talking about. Things do not get "removed" from the downloads list. The Sims 2 -> Newest section lists 3,848 pages of which the last page has downloads from March 2005.

Maybe clarify what exactly you mean or which section of the site you think downloads are being "erased" from.
