My Policy

ALL my creations are file share friendly for free sites.

• Feel free to include any of my creations in lots uploaded to any free site.
• You can include my meshes with your recolours on any free site.
• You may clone meshes, reuse textures; basically anything goes.
• No paysites or TSR.

I now create only for Sims 3 and own Base, Ambitions and Late Night and am fully patched.

Sims 2 Info -

I own ALL EP's up to and including Apartment Life. If you download one of my lots please make sure you have all EP's installed.

Please be aware that I have Numenors Unlevel walls txt file modification in my game and I often use the Unlevel walls when building my lots, particulary split level etc.
