Description
We all know the City Living headwraps that lock your Sims into having very dark brown hair, right? Well, thanks to how the new headscarf hat that came with Growing Together works I was able to create these default replacements that now allow them to correctly display your Sims' actual hair colour!
Info
Many thanks go to Ingeli for discovering the process for getting these to work and for being good enough to explain it to me so that I could create these.
These files override the CASP resources for all of the CL headwraps, as shown in the attached screenshots, and add additional hair colour overlays for the game to pair with them to accurately display the correct hair colours.
You don't need to do anything special to use them. Just place them in your Downloads folder and the next time you select one of them in CAS it will automatically apply the correct hair colour for you.
Thanks also to SimMandy and Aveira for their hair palette Photoshop actions which enabled me to create all of the correct tones.
There are two zips to choose from. The MERGED version has all of the files combined into one. The SEPERATE version contains the seperate files so that you can pick and choose if you don't want to replace them all for some reason.
Notes
The CL headwraps will be marked as CC with these files installed.
Sims already wearing the headwraps may need to be taken back into CAS for the change to take affect.
If you remove the mod then the hair colour will revert back to the standard dark brown.
