"New Age" "Tiny" Home

This is a "tiny" home built for family that doesn't like the outdoors, but still wanted a vacation home in Three Lakes. Why? I thought it would be a bit funny! However, you can certainly place this lot down anywhere. I had no issues placing it down in either a vacation or regular neighborhood. It comfortably sleeps 4 sims, as long as 2 of them are comfortable sharing a bed.

It is very blue, both inside and out. The downstairs features a decent sized kitchen, an unfurnished bathroom, a living and dining area, and a bedroom with two single beds. The upstairs features a bedroom with a double bed, an unfurnished bathroom, and a space for various activities, plus a balcony.

I had a bit of trouble adjusting from the style I usually use with the Sims 4 tiny homes, but I still think it turned out okay. It is not a cheap build for what you get, especially as a vacation home! It is not very "new age" based on current standards, either, but I still think it looks somewhat cool.
