Another lot from my neighborhood Summerville. This time it's Beach Rd 7.
Beach Rd 7 is a cosy summer cottage for a smal family. It's fully furnished 2 bedrooms ( one dobbel and one singel bedroom ) a kitchen and livingroom.
The kitchen and the livingroom is decorated in shades of red ( pink )
The bedrooms is decorated in shades of blue
Beach Rd 7 has a nice garden with appel trees and a swing.
The house has two front entrances with covered front porch.
If you don't have all the SP you can still download this lot with Clean Insataller. You will then miss a few walls, floor, fencing and landscaping.
